Ventura artist, Kay Zetlmaier found her true voice in abstract art and presents her newest works in the medium of oil and cold wax. Inspired by the natural world and humanity’s place within it, Zetlmaier paints layers of bold shapes, luminous colors, and complex textures to cover nature’s strength and fragility. Learn from the artist herself, as Kay Zetlmaier will be hosting our group for the exhibit tour. An additional exhibit of recent work by Los Angeles artist Hiroko Yoshimoto will also be on display. The museum is wheelchair-accessible. Address and directions will be emailed one week prior to the tour date.
All in person classes will follow government safety guidelines and are contingent upon current local government restrictions at the time the classes occur.
