You will need to send image files to us after submitting this form for our virtual platforms. Take photographs of your submitted artwork to create image file, and save image file as your last name and the name of artwork (example: "Rhodes-RinconMountain"). Image files must be a jpeg with a file size maximum of 3000 pixels in height or width. An upload link will be sent to you via email upon submission completion.

Works of art are entered at the artist's own risk. All reasonable care will be taken to ensure safety of exhibits, but Carpinteria Arts Center will not be responsible in any way for loss or damage.*

I understand that the ingathering fees are non-refundable, and I have reviewed and understand the wiring requirements for hanging.*

Artists who remove artwork before the last day of the show without prior approval will be expected to pay the commission based on the price of submission and will be disqualified for 365 days.*
