Description from the Artist:
I have a propensity to save things, never knowing when i might need them. The bottom part of this sculpture is from a painted ceramic plate destroyed in an earthquake; I kept this part. The top unfinished figure wasn't finished and set aside: it too was discovered later. The two spoke to one another and it was a marriage.
