My encounter with this approaching brown ball of feathers on a deck made me realize there are many ways to view reality. As this creature walked toward me in the backlit sunlight I had to squint to guess what it was. Fortunately, its growing shadow & shape slowly revealed the soulful waddle of my mystery creature as this purposeful duck passed by.
