Description from the Artist:
I am from Ireland but have lived in Carpinteria for 17 years. I have always been an artist in some form but started painting five years ago and I use acrylic inks , which paint like watercolors but set quickly so do not muddy when layered. Each painting ranges from 5 - 20 very translucent layers built up , which helps capture the luminosity in a more natural way.
