Head chef Minusha Gamage and his team inspired me with their artistic talents in creating all of their sushi plates as well as their special salad. Team member, Dawoon Jeong Panizzon added her articis talent in painting the entire wall mural at the back of the restaurant which provided a beautiful backdrop. A pleasure to work with them.
