Description from the Artist:
When I visit Teddys I often pass under the famous Wardholme Torey Pine. I wanted to reflect that proximity and the iconic black and white umbrellas at Teddy’s in the elements on my painting. As an avid fisherman I worked from photographs of my fishing polls and used a wood-grain like mark in simple organic colors to create connection in my work.
