- The vendor registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Vendors must be present by 9:00 AM or forfeit their space with no refund.
- Membership with The Lynda Fairly Carpinteria Arts Center is required.

- All items must be locally handmade by the vendor. If items are found to be purchased elsewhere for resale, the items must be removed from the Faire.
- Only one artist per space (no sharing).
