This is an incredible opportunity for member artists of the Lynda Fairly Carpinteria Arts Center to display, demonstrate, and sell their work.
We hold the Arts and Craft Faire in our courtyard. To enhance the festivity of the day, we often include live music and a children’s art table.
It is an art experience for shoppers as there are so many types of artistry present. In prior years, we have featured mediums such as woodworking, basketry, photography, painting, sculpture, assemblage, printmaking, weaving and fiber arts, pottery, jewelry, bonsai, handmade cards, stained glass art and more.
The marketplace is held every first Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the warmer months:
April 4th, May 9th, June 6th, June 27th (Rods & Roses), August 1st, September 5th, October 3 & 4 (Avocado Bazaar), November 14th, and December 5th.
For more information, please call us at 805.684.7789, or email us at, info@carpinteriaartscenter.org
Once your application is accepted, our volunteer Louise Sciutto will email the form to complete your registration with payment.
Avo Bazaar

The Carpinteria Arts Center presents our 13th Annual AVOCADO FESTIVAL BAZAAR, held in our courtyard during the "California Avocado Festival" - Friday and Saturday in October.
The "California Avocado Festival" is a huge event now in its 33nd year. With over 80,000 visitors attending in 2018, there is much celebrating of all things local – music, crafts, food, etc. It is the largest free music festival in California.

Our BAZAAR was started in 2007 to give local artisans a place to sell their amazing work in community celebration of the main festival. All items must be handcrafted.
Keep checking back for our online registration form to participate as an artisan vendor!
