Paula Brown and her Pastel Painting class

Paula Brown and her Pastel Painting class, Summer 2019

From the mountains to the sea, the Lynda Fairly Carpinteria Arts Center offers an outstanding variety of arts programs on a seasonal/quarterly basis to benefit the whole community – children and adults, locals and visitors.  If you have a creative passion that you would like to share, we will partner with you to do so to reach these eager audiences/students.

Each season has a broad spectrum of offerings - view our current season on our Programs Menu by clicking HERE.

We work with professional artists, instructors, and artisans to present single-day, multi-day, and weekly-series classes and workshops. We have multiple indoor studios and an outdoor courtyard space in which to teach.

There have also been many classes held outside in the beautiful environs of the Carpinteria area including our bluffs, community garden, beach, and hilltops.

We currently have our semesters planned through May 2025. Please submit an application to teach for the Fall of 2025 by June 1st 2025.  At that time, the Program Committee will meet to review and approve applications.
