Artwork Submission Portal

For Grades K - 8 and all other students not enrolled with Carpinteria High School

CHS students: Please bring your work to Ms. Rochlitzer or Ms. Maple by May 11th instead.

Please review the Waiver of Liability here.

If you are a student, please have a parent or guardian help you fill out this form.

After you are finished filling out this form, complete the following steps to finish submitting your artwork:

1. Click "+ Add to Basket."

2. Click "Continue to Payment."

3. Click "Check Out" to finish registering your artwork.

4. Have a parent or guardian log in with a Carpinteria Arts Center account, or enter their name, phone number, email, and home address.

5. Click "Next."

6. Click "Complete Transaction."

DONE! Please bring the submitted artwork to the Carpinteria Arts Center on 865 Linden Avenue by 4:30 PM on Friday, April 24th.
