A sketchbook is a valuable tool for an artist. It is a visual diary of ideas, places, feelings, and a way to practice art skills. These sketches can then lead to other pieces of art. This class is about using a sketchbook often, even daily to achieve a creative habit. You will go home with a sketchbook containing many of your own ideas using different kinds of media. Watercolors, colored pencils, pens, and collage papers will be provided. It will be a fun day and a new way to look at a sketchbook.
Program Cancellations and Refund Policy:
In the event that you are unable to attend a class or tour, a full refund for registration fees may be issued if your request is received at least 45 days before your program start date. If your request is received within 44 to 11 days of your program start date we will refund 50%. If you need to cancel within 10 days or less, unfortunately no refund can be issued. Certain programs and events are transferable to another person. If a program is cancelled by The Lynda Fairly Carpinteria Arts Center, we will issue a full refund. Please be aware that some programs are non-refundable and this information will be specifically noted in the program description.
