Southern California’s leading event planners and local influencers recently gathered for an exclusive showcase at the Carpinteria Arts Center, where we reimagined our event spaces with fresh flair. Guests enjoyed a delightful champagne brunch as they explored our spaces, networked, and found inspiration for their clients and future events.

In the wake of the global pandemic, there’s been a shift toward smaller events that focus on meaningful connections. Our center is brimming with opportunities for these intimate gatherings, whether it’s board and executive retreats, departmental meetings, incentive programs featuring fun cooking classes, private dinner parties in our art gallery, or cocktails under the stars. Just a few blocks away, the “World’s Safest Beach” offers a perfect addition to a day filled with diverse events and experiences.

Our generous event partners went above and beyond for the showcase, demonstrating the potential of each space. Islay Events provided state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment in our Robinson and McIntyre Studios. Ventura Rental Party & Events transformed our outdoor courtyard with welcoming lounge furniture, while PacWest Blooms brightened the day with lovely springtime arrangements. Islay Events also crafted a stylish privacy wall, giving our guests a taste of how to create an exclusive feel by visually blocking off Linden Avenue and the sidewalk.

Of course, no event is complete without great food. Catering Connection anchored the entire showcase with a delicious brunch buffet, featuring their famous Maple Sugared Bacon and other treats that delighted everyone in attendance.
