Lynda Fairly Carpinteria Arts Center Director Paige Van Tuyl recently addressed the Rotary Club, sharing her passion for art and upcoming programs at the center. "Art influences social changes and is the repository of society's memory," Van Tuyl, an art historian, said. The goal of the Arts Center is to be the premier small-town art center in the state, "reflecting the vibrant heartbeat of Carpinteria."
