Traditional European Egg Decorating Class to Benefit Ukraine!

The Lynda Fairly Carpinteria Arts Center hosted a Traditional European Egg Decorating to BENEFIT UKRAINE with Danuta Bennett. All donations will go directly to benefit Ukraine. Danuta learned the art of egg-decorating as part of her heritage and taught the sold-out class the most common techniques using traditional methods from various European regions include scraping, painting, and the wax/dye method. Students also learned how to prepare the eggs for coloring, explore the differences between the various styles, and understand the symbolism of colored eggs.
