You will need to send image files to us after submitting this form for our virtual platforms. Take photographs of your submitted artwork to create an image file, and save the image file as your first name, last name, and the name of the artwork, separated by an underscore (example: "Ted_Rhodes_RinconMountain"). Image files must be JPEGs with a maximum height or width of 3000 pixels. An upload link will be sent to you via email upon completion of the submission.

Artists who remove artwork before the last day of the show without prior approval will be expected to pay the commission based on the price of submission and will be disqualified for 365 days.*
