Crushed Glass Mosaics |
Campers will design an ocean-inspired mosaic using a wood picture frame, incorporating crushed glass, shells, and other decorative elements. Their finished piece can be displayed on an easel or hung for display. |

Gelatin Plate Printing |
Campers will learn the basics of gelli plate printing and walk away with beautiful note cards, frameable prints, and papers for future collage projects. |

Painted Affirmations |
Campers select a favorite song lyric, quote, or mantra in any language and turn it into unique stained-glass inspired artwork. |

Botanical Prints on Fabric |
Using all natural materials campers will create a unique silk scarf. Each attendee will dye a scarf with their own placement of colorful flowers and foliage, resulting in a beautiful piece of wearable art. |

“Summer Threads” Weaving |
In this relaxed class, campers will create a small woven wall tapestry on a simple loom, using yarn and basic over-under techniques. They’ll explore color, texture, and pattern—no knots required, and suitable for all dexterity levels. |
In the event that you are unable to attend a class or tour, a full refund for registration fees may be issued if your request is received at least 45 days before your program start date. If your request is received within 44 to 11 days of your program start date we will refund 50%. If you need to cancel within 10 days or less, unfortunately no refund can be issued. Certain programs and events are transferable to another person. If a program is cancelled by The Lynda Fairly Carpinteria Arts Center, we will issue a full refund. Please be aware that some programs are non-refundable and this information will be specifically noted in the program description.
