Description: This violin seeks to depict the sacredness of Life and its components (ie, the Earth and cosmos) and was inspired by my days as an acupuncturist. On it are symbols from the I Ching, an ancient Chinese text that is foundational to traditional Chinese medicine. In this piece, I seek to capture the components of life and the universe, presenting them in a condensed visual form for the viewer to enjoy.
